When you create a more functional structure you create a more functional human being. ~ Dr. Ida P. Rolf
Indigo Hands is a wellness & lifestyle initiative based in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, Pranakriya Structural Yoga, & the mindful authentic awareness practices of The Hoffman Process. Our aim is to bring our clients into greater integrity, function, understanding, openness, and balance with gravity and their environment. We use the Rolf Method of SI, integrated bodywork modalities, Aston Kinetics movement, yoga, meditations, and wholistic nutritional coaching to give our clients the most productive amount of sustainable change possible. As practitioners we seek out lasting changes that evoke from within the client and assist the process.
The heart of our work, the Rolf Method of SI, is dedicated to cultivating, actualizing, and maximizing human potential through using gravity as the therapist. Gravity will always be here, with our help you can learn to work with it. All aspects of the human being live in the body and can be accessed through the body. Whether you have come to alleviate pain or increase functionality, as a client of Indigo Hands you will find your way into increased levels of awareness in mind, body, & energy. Increasing vital capacity and overall vitality is how we thrive as integrated creatures within our environment. We believe in the body's ability to be a self healing organism biologically. When in balance it can achieve and evolve.
The Story of CFSI – The Collective Foundation for Structural Integration
The Collective Foundation for Structural Integration (CFSI) was born from a shared vision among practitioners and teachers of holistic medicine and Structural Integration worldwide — a vision that education, healing, and community empowerment must exist together as one living continuum of human growth.
Across continents and decades, dedicated teachers, clinicians, and researchers have witnessed how the work of Structural Integration changes lives. From private practices to community clinics, from yoga studios to research symposia, a unifying call began to emerge: What if we could bring this collective wisdom together — connecting elders and students, bridging cultures, and making integrative care accessible to every community in need?
That call became the foundation for CFSI. Established in 2025 as a nonprofit school and clinical outreach network, CFSI unites education, research, and service under one purpose: to empower individuals and communities through the science and art of Structural Integration and holistic wellness. Our mission is to restore physical, emotional, and economic resilience by training practitioners, supporting families, and building equitable access to integrative care across the CSRA and around the world.
CFSI exists to reconnect and revitalize the global SI community. We bring together elders and students — linking decades of lineage, practice, and embodied wisdom with emerging science, technologies, and educational methods. As a bridge between generations and traditions, CFSI integrates practitioners across schools and nations in shared purpose and collaboration.
Our ethical standards and transparency are tantamount. CFSI was founded on accountability, respect, and trust — ensuring that every decision, partnership, and practice honors both our heritage and the communities we serve. Integrity is our central measure: in how we teach, how we research, how we care for people, and how we build the organizational structures that sustain our mission.
Through vocational training programs, clinical outreach, and international research collaborations, CFSI is creating pathways for lasting change. Students are trained in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration alongside movement, psychology, and energetic medicine — learning not only how to work with gravity, but how to work with people, cultures, and systems in authentic relationship. Our research honors both the measurable and the mysterious — exploring how the body, mind, and environment come into greater alignment and vitality.
At its heart, CFSI carries forward the essence of Structural Integration’s original purpose: to cultivate and actualize human potential in living alignment with gravity and the energy field continuum. From a global community of teachers and students to local outreach programs in the CSRA, the work continues to grow — reaching hundreds of individuals each year, from children and families receiving care to practitioners contributing to research and education across continents.
We believe that healing ripples outward. Education becomes empowerment. Service becomes sustainability. CFSI stands as a bridge — between art and science, elder and student, individual and collective — reminding us that when the body aligns, the human spirit can rise.
